The problem with the motels that WERE here, became nothing more then

In Point, these still exist. In wildwood, they exist. And they're
still hanging in Seaside.
Why do you think Great ADventure wants to build a couple
motels/hotels -they want people to hang around at least one night.
Dinner and Breakfast.
Condos will bring people. But not always the people that will be
spending $ extras. they might want to enjoy their own pool or marble
bath or granite top stainless steel kitchens.....
DAy trippers and tourists come to spend.
Build a hotel /motels and charge a 1% tax.
