Anyone can edit the text or add pictures; enough passion in the people on
the list to maintain it. I'm thinking, the Historical Society (also people
like Werner and Kate with her Coaster pix); and MM people might want to take
a
shot at it first with pix. Coaster and TriCity should have file photos too.
Businesses add links. Other Asbury Park web sites can add their input and
links.

Controversies in a special section (maybe). E/g., Eminent Domain, et al.

Talk / Discussion pages allow for comments and resolution of disputed
content.

Text should emphasize new dynamism to balance the old old stuff about riots
and decay.

Wiki articles are always somewhat in flux, as in maintenance, but founder
Jimbo Wales was on TV this weekend explaining the self-policing control the
site
maintains. Considering the number of visits the site gets, care of the
site should be no small matter for us.

For better or worse, Wiki is becoming more and more at first stop for
students, journalists; even some judges accept references from there it's been
reported.

Maybe all the passion, expertise, and debate on this board could be
harnessed for good.
