You don't see the entire picture. The schools aren't overcrowded! There are only 17 kids in my grand-daughter's class at Thurgood Marshall. She's in the Apogee Program, so I don't know if all of the classes are like that. I see 3 buses pulling up everyday, also, transporting the kids, from the West Side. I'm the Grandma, with her hand on her hip, every day! Thanks Frank!
