....well then maybe the new appointee may be able to help, not hinder
the process.
MAYBE they'llb e able to find out why the city doesn't pay it's bills
on time or collect the proper amount of school taxes. Sure you think
the sate was a years late and dollars short or MAYBE they just want a
better accounting of $100 million x 10 years plus. There are waht
appears to be some accounting problems in the past, no?
