Take Tinton Falls for example.
They approved building a Home Depot in an area where there are already 2 or 3 
Home 
Depots less then a few short miles away.
Ridiculous. We don't need it, but they let it happen anyhow. 
More green space disappears with orange in it's place.
And what happened to American manufacturing. Gone. Terrible.
Recently I watched "The  War" on PBS and it really showed how much America has 
lost since 
then in terms of manufacturing. We taught the world how to built quality 
things, and then 
gave it away.
