Exactly, combine the familiar/historic with the new/modern. There are 3 pavilion sites that are significant enough to restore, replicate. - Sunset Ave - originally built as PART of the BCHotel with a bridge over Ocean Ave. (red brick, cast stone, 1924) - Fifth Ave - Arthur Pryor Memorial, 'space-age modern' (1960s) - Asbury Ave - A duplicate of the Sunset Pav that complimented the Casino (1930ish) (possiblity of a bridge to the Empress !)
