Sell the 175 or so avaialable in the redevelopment zone that are built 
(n Beach/wesley).

Downtown also has to be absorbed.

Depends on how much it costs to build and if the investor/owner(s) 
needs to or want to reduce pricing. Depends if the bankers are putting 
pressure on.
