Cops on horseback are good for nothing but cheesy tourist photos.
Criminals can hear "clop-clop-clop" from a block away and they cost a
fortune to maintain. I'd rather see cops on vespas, skateboards,
whatever! Please don't waste our money on frivolity, this town has too
much that needs to happen to make it right again!
