Thats the bottom line, all Asbury Park represents to most 'developers'
is square footage. Bad designs and decisions are made by not
appreciating and utilizing the existing unique assets.

The bathroom issue is a classic - cutting into retail space.
The Green Acres spaces is another - 'lets put the restrooms here...'
