Why look at Deal for the speeding bikes? I was almost run down three times on the Asbury boardwalk by speeding cyclists. There is no enforcement to the bike rules on the boardwalk. There should either be a bike lane on the boardwalk or no cyclists at all during the hours that biking is not permitted on the boardwalk.
