Asbury has at least received the money for educating their population,
with minimal local tax money going towards that effort.
How it's been squanderd is another story.
Talk about inefficiences in a system, here is a classic example. To
those kids that made it through and their families a big round of
applause.
As you well know, the repsonsibility starts in the home. If the police
have to make some arrests they are doing their job. And that's
regardless of color.
Hopefully the school system will evolve after all these years.
If not then start holding open public hearings and the state of the
business - that is the Business of Public Education and how money is
allocated.
