Thanks Michael! I owe my knowledge to Ed Johnson. I remembered his
being appointed, but the dates were fuzzy. I googled and discovered
that Ed has a great web site http://www.edjohnson.org/ that gave the
dates along with his background.
I really like his "This is what I said" link that gives his opinions
and actions on different issues.
