The problem is you know have many landlords that are landlords by default - they got stuck with a house and can't get out or the banks are running them. Then you have the tru hardcore landlord who doesn't care other then the rent. Section 8 landlords can evict for non-compliance with the program (any landlord can) - nuisance tenants, drugs etc... Cost you $37 to file in Monmouth county on your own. But if it's an LLC - you need a lawyer. That whole system is screwed up and protect the lawyers. And the tenant can get a free lawyer, you can't.
