I agree that no cops should be stationed at the meters
But I have to ask, why should anyone have to stand at the meters to give people
instructions?
They are SOOOOOO EASY to use, and they have instructions on them
I helped a guy the other day, after he was done he looked at me and said "would
be nice if they put instructions on here"
I pointed to them and said "right here"
He looked at me again and said "would be nice if I opened my eyes"
I thought to myself "no shit huh?"
