It's simple. Why should the city make money off of employees that are already 
making money for the city due to their employment. I agree with one thing: let 
the boardwalk biz's and MM work together and provide an employee only parking 
area. It just seems like the right thing to do in my opinion. The employees 
aren't there for fun, they are there to work. How many employees are we talking 
about? 50? 100? Is it really worth taxing them? I guarantee this will leave a 
bad taste in the workers mouths.
