My feeling is that just going 1 block in from Kingsley was a mistake. If 
anything, they should've gone all the way to Park Ave. My gut feeling is that 
people who don't want to pay to park will just cross over Bergh and park on the 
300 block, or on Bergh itself. That's what I'm going to do. Why pay $30 when I 
can walk about 20 extra feet for free? As for beach employees, I think the city 
is making a huge mistake.
