Last night, I had a conversation with a neighbor who shed some light on events
that occurred last Wed. night on my block. It was approx. 8 pm when PD started
circling my block with searchlights on. This went on for about 10 minutes, and
eventually they parked and started searching around my house with flashlights.
They checked the back yard and the alley on both sides. I had no idea what was
going on.
My neighbor filled me in - He called the PD when he saw a group of men or
teenage boys looking into my car and my downstairs neighbors car, and proceeded
to watch them approach our house and start looking in the windows of the
downstairs apt.
This was 2 days before I busted the little shithead trying to steal parts off
of my bike.
The worst part of this is my downstairs neighbor is a nurse who works nights
and was asleep at the time. It appears that they were looking to break into her
apt.
Not good at all...
