The GTV 250 (now a GTV 300) and the GTS are essentially the same mechanically. Very comfortabel and fast. Easily commute to JC and cruise at 70+ mph. I am a Vespa guy for the style, but there are other alternatives with larger wheels (more stability). I just sold a 2009 S150 (black) with 285 miles this summer that would have been perfect.
