You need to look at the big picture... and I talked to enough people to know
this is going to happen.
A very high % of the people who came to town have either not been to AP in a
long time or have never been here before. I tried to talk up a lot of people
and most said they can't wait to come back and check out the town this summer.
A lot of people got to walk from the train station and see downtown on their
way to the beach etc...
A lot of the people were very impressed with the changes in town and are
planning on coming back.
I think AP will see the rewards this summer.
