kelihatannya yg dimaksud sebagai SOFTWARE PRODUCT adalah Xandros
Linux itu sendiri, BUKAN softwares lainnya yg memang bayar (spt
crossover dll). Softwares spt crossover dll itu dlm EULA tsb disebut
sebagai SOFTWARE PROGRAMS, sedangkan Xandros Linux-nya sendiri
disebut sebagai SOFTWARE PRODUCT,.

kalau buat komersial sistem lisensinya sama dgn Microsoft: untuk
setiap komputer komersial harus ada lisensinya sendiri (kalau non-

komersial?). Coba deh baca kalimat terakhir di atas tsb: "The End

Jangan anggap enteng polisi deh, daripada repot nantinya. Bu Judith
aja baru tau dari polisi soal EULA Microsoft gara-gara masalah
Cilacap. Nanti kalau buat cari duit polisi mempermasalahkan juga
EULA Xandros ini gimana? Mendingan pake distro Linux lain aja yg
nggak ada ketentuan begitu, ubuntu misalnya. Btw, harga lisensi
Xandros ini bisa lebih mahal daripada Windows XP Home, lho,
tergantung tipe distribusi yg kita pilih.
