Kepada rekan-rekan pengusaha warnet, mohon petunjuknya mengenai SLA (Service
Level Agreement) yang di terapkan oleh beberapa ISP. Besarannya pun bermacam2..
ada yang SLA=95%, 98%. Warnet kami ingin ganti ISP, namun penjelasan dari pihak
ISP mengenai SLA, kami nilai sangat merugikan konsumen. ISP tersebut menerapkan
besar SLA=95%, artinya dalam kurun waktu satu tahun, biaya restitusi kepada
kami diterapkan setelah melewati angka 5 %. Sebelum angka 5 % kami tidak
mendapatkan biaya restitusi. Mohon penjelasannya..
