How to concentration camps fit in your vision of reform? World they be like Auswtiz of the Nazi camps for Jews etc?  And why do you think that building hydel power dams will not help the prevention of rain water running down to see -as proposed by World Bank and others?

Then  and only then  can we  plan meaningful  12-month-a-year agriculture/Forestry/Dairy/Meat industry in Oxom- having no Illinois -like prairie.
