[Assam] How to Raise NGOs in Assam

To our befuddled compatriots who are disconsolate over the meager 
number of NGOs in Assam, and thus the lack of grease to lubricate the 
wheels of desi demokrasy, here is a source:

Pick the subject on the left, then click on the state, then open the 
district wise pages to get the names of existing NGOs.

How many in Assam? I don't have the time to find out. Needless to 
say, far too many is what it seems like from a couple of districts I 
opened on  just one subject.

How about the rest of India?
