As expected and as usual, the number of NGOs in Assam is at the bottom. I
did not see a single effective NGO in the list in Assam. Is it really that
bad in Assam.? There must be some effective kharkhwa NGO. May be all are not
listed. At least to cry Assam needs an NGO. Anyhow,  the list gives us a
guide. Gujarat and Karnataka leads the list in India. I think one can make a
straight graph showing the numbers of effective NGOs against economic
development of the states.

Litikai Assam has a long way to go. It is no wnder Assam tails. Looks like
before we educate Assam, we need to educate NRAs the need for such NGOs in
Democracy.

I wish someone would publish a list of NGOs in USA and other countries..

Or shall we say, Hobo Diok.
