We have to assume that 60% of the adult population in the US must be having the intellect of bellicose bumpkin ( with borderline IQ) to cast their vote in GBW's favor,not once but twice,knowing fully well about his " incapability".The theoritical concept that one can learn as one moves along does not augur well in so far as running of a State like Assam is concerned.What kind of a civilized sovereign Assam will the ULFA be able to run,since it obviously cannot visualize any other rulers but the leaders of the outfit as the future rulers.What " professional skill" has the ULFA demonstrated so far? To me,this is a very crucial question.The ULFA is too big for its breeches and a parallel should not be drawn between GBW and the outlawed outfit.
