I'm running 11.6 now and saw the default values of missing (20) against invalid (10). I was thinking about "invalid" being worse than missing. Almost all DSL-clients have a PTR-record (although something obscure). In my experience the ones that have a missing PTR-record are "almost professionals" being hosted by small hosting providers.
