It seems my CPU usage is being reported too high. I don't know how long it has
been a problem because I don't usually watch it but did check it when running
127(10) to respond to an email about ASSP stats. It is still the same in
127(12) and I don't remember it being a problem pre-1.2.6.
I may try to roll back to 1.2.5 and see if the problem goes away.

This is quite a bit higher than what is reported by the server task manager
which shows Idle time at 95-99%
