It means the A, ptr, and MX ip addresses/servers for your domain are
valid senders for your domain.
The squiggly line(I forget the real term) before "all" means that the
failure is a softfail so someone spoofing your domain will probably NOT
be blocked by other servers.
To find what those servers are exactly you can run these commands to
retrieve the records.
nslookup -type=MX yourdomain.tld
nslookup -type=A yourdomain.tld
nslookup -type=prt yourdomain.tld
I have no clue about SRS but I do know about SPF records :)
