It can even be a domain that exists (but you would never send email
to).  I use asspsmtp.org.  Just makes sure that asspsmtp.org (or
whatever you choose to use) is in [localDomains].

Ok, i did this.
this is what happens:
badmail.com in localDomains:

"'[EMAIL PROTECTED]' on Thu, 13 Sep 2007 14:35:20 -0400
    Could not deliver the message in the time limit specified.  Please
retry or contact your administrator.
    <mail.domain.com #4.4.7>"
