Interesting that after uninstalling ActiveState, renaming the directory and rebooting then reinstall ActiveState all my Repositories are still there. I have all of yours except but roth.net, but I also have: http://www.bribes.org/perl/ppm/packages.xml file:///C:/ASSP/assp.mod/
Does it make any difference that my preferred Area is set to C:/Perl/site rather than C:/Perl? -----Original Message----- From: Dave Emory [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, December 01, 2008 2:23 PM To: Matti Haack; Questions and Answers for users of ASSP Anti-Spam SMTP Proxy Subject: Re: [Assp-user] ASSP 1.4.3.1 released on SF Matti Haack wrote: > Alex, > > - try uninstalling perl completely, > - delete the perl folder > - Install latest activestate perl > - run the script > > If there are any failures (maybe there are 4 or 5) install them with > ppm > > This worked for me > > Matti Repositories must be added (edit, preferences, repositories using the ppm GUI) to the default activestate ppm installation to find some packages. I have 4 additions: http://trouchelle.com/ppm/package.xml http://theoryx5.uwinnepeg.ca/ppms/package.lst http://www.roth.net/perl/packages http://ppm.tcool.org/archives/package.xml www.roth.net might be down right now, though. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Assp-user mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/assp-user ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Assp-user mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/assp-user
