So, starting with #1 in your list (and ignoring for now the 54 [FAILED] items
from running the script), I am having the same old error with PPM being unable
to decompress the files it downloads so I am having to manually compile
everything myself...

I attempt to install Email::MIME::Modifier but it has the following dependency:
Email::MIME 1.82

I try to install Email::MIME, but it has the following dependencies:
Email::MIME::ContentType 1.0
Email::MIME::Encodings 1.3
Email::Simple 1.91
MIME::Types 1.13

I install Email::MIME::ContentType fine but then when I get to
Email::MIME::Encodings and run:
ppm install Email-MIME-Encodings.ppd
it reports:
Can't find any package that provides MIME-QuotedPrint for Email-MIME-Encodings

Continuing on for now, Email::Simple installs fine but when I get to
MIME::Types, firstly I don't see v1.13 at
http://www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/MIME/ so I go with v1.24.  Then when I
get to:
ppm install MIME-Types.ppd
it reports:
Can't find any package that provides Test-More for MIME-Types

Both of these errors leave me flummoxed - they don't offer any information that
I know how to parse, looking for MIME::QuotedPrint draws a blank and I have
already spoken in a previous email of the problem finding Test::More - I can't
find it anywhere.

I'll continue down the list, but I'd appreciate any offers of help.

Alex

Sorry, but I was unable to understand what you were doing.

The modules to install for 1.4.3 are :

Email::MIME::Modifier
Mail::SPF
Net::CIDR::Lite
Net::IP::Match::Regexp
Net::SenderBase
