We have a setup here for a hosting company, mail flows from the internet over the ASSP proxy on a separate server to the receiving mailserver. Outgoing mail is sent through the customer's ISP mail server. The only mail sent through our servers is mail sent fom the web-servers through php or cgi. I had to enter the domains into "Accept Emails (reports) from these external adresses* (EmailSenderOK)" to get it working for our customers. I don't know if you can enter the allowed domains in a file.
