Steve: Interesting idea, and whatever help you need to set it up, I am all for it. I does come to my mind though, that because of the inevitable barrage of ideas, and "do-this" and "do-that"s that this proposal may bring, the way to get anything started would be to establish a web page, which function is to set guidelines, rates, memberships, and most important, team leadership and direction, which a task of this scope inevitably requires.
Herewith my 2 cents. With that in focus, the ideas can start. If we all purchase under the consortium's name, and we have enough active members buying, then we will be in a great position to negotiate lower prices on hardware and other services. -- Thanks, Steve Totaro +18887771888 (Toll Free) +12409381212 (Cell) +12024369784 (Skype) _______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation Provided by http://www.api-digital.com-- asterisk-biz mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-biz _______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation Provided by http://www.api-digital.com-- asterisk-biz mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-biz
