Schelin Owner Shelltel Are you sure you didn't buy a refurbished model?  I hear they sell a lot of refurbished equiptment, I've purchased some of it myself.  Everything I've purchased from them worked without issue. None however came with an installation CD.  A few things had to be reset to clear settings though. Anything I needed was freely available. Since you know how to contact Medatrix, perhaps you can download the software or get a CD from them.
