After loading the driver we got CRC errors like this:

What are your settings in /etc/zaptel.conf ?
I once had the same issue, make sure your signalling is:
signalling = bri_cpe
Also, check with "# cat /proc/interrupts" that the quadBRI is not
sharing an irq with something else.

Your card is found, so hardware seems to be okay..
