It might be helpful for us all if the author could let us know more about the environment in which this application was built. .
I'm getting all kinds of errors when I try to run it, and I suspect that either my Postgres or PHP installations are incompatible with yours.
Another thing I had to do was changing the defines.php file to reflect my environment. After that, things went smooth.
