I think DUNDi would be FAR superior if it had some way of integrating the billing component. Admittedly this is not what it was designed for but I feel it'd be amazing if it had a billing component. There is a LOT of money to be made in defrauding VOIP companies through little loopholes and gotchas in their billing logic. I personally know of one provider who had a half-million dollar (USD) hit this year due to telephone fraud and billing gotchas. It's a big, nasty ass world out there when you start playing with the big boys. -A.
