Thursdays would work better for me as well.

I'd like to suggest going over various good hardware options for running
asterisk. Specifically, low power and noise for home, high reliability
for work, good practices for setting them up and where to get all the
goodies for decent prices.

Via has some nice miniATX boards that are fanless, and can be coupled
with solid state media, but only have two pci ports. I'd imagine they
would be great for home use. Could be the same size as an old school
cassette based answering machine. Anyone try it?

As well, I'd like to go over handset hardware. Would be nice to see
phones with graphical menues work with Asterisk voicemail. Could
continuousy display the number of messages per mailbox in a 3 user home
environment, maybe even read email off them. Is this practical yet?

Thanks,
Christian.
