Well, we certainly try to be as technical as possible, while also not being *too* techinical -- this is supposed to be a higher level overview (this means if you already know Asterisk, this event is not for you :)). We're not selling anything really -- we're just trying to give those who know nothing about Asterisk a nice synopsis of the software and what it can (and cannot) do for a business. People are free to ask questions throughout the seminar, and we're easily accessible for questions during breaks and after we're done.
