For a meet and greet with the intention of getting more Asterisk users, Digium is going to have to eat a lot of these costs (file it under "advertising" or "marketing") -- I am aware that these things cost a lot of money but asking someone to shell out US$200 to come and see what Asterisk is about is ... well ... not realistic. Mind you "Meet Asterisk" doesn't exactly say a lot about what's going to be happenning there. The event description certainly doesn't make it sound US$200-worthy. -A.
