Ah, so your implying its my fault for using the web interface provided by Polycom. Agreed. But what if you don't have a significant number of phones? Certainly is a waste of time if they are Polycom phones. Thats for sure. As I said there are some good points about their phones. However, I personally don't see anything that makes them significantly better than several of the other options available. And since they effectively don't have a web interface they are not as good as others that do. Add to that the fact they cut off a whole bunch of suppliers because "Asterisk isn't supported" and their generally poor attitude towards anything except their chosen platforms and you're not left with much incentive to buy. So my question to Jim (any anyone that favours them) is, why do you like them?
