We do all our config through XML/FTP, so I couldn't comment on the web
interface. I never did like GUIs for this kind of stuff - especially not
when deploying large numbers of devices.

The reboot after every change is a pain, I admit, and Polycom ought to
try and do something about it. Still, mitigating it simply requires a
bit of planning. Also, most of the changes that would cause a reboot
aren't things you would typically do day-to-day on a live system.

I agree with you that they are not perfect, but I am very pleased with
them nonetheless.
