Can I suggest for the Linksys part:
A complete minimal PBX inside a router? Replacment software for home routers
offers all the original features plus the Asterisk PBX with voicemail. This
is the perfect home office or remote teleworker solution. Add a sip FXO/FXS
adapter to your network and it becomes an integrated, fully functional PBX
for your home phones as well.

A complete minimal PBX inside a router?
It's no joke. The Linux-friendly WRT54G wireless router
has been used to run Asterisk . Of course there are no
line term inationcards, but if you have a Wi-Fi phone this
may be just the ticket!

A newer PDF is up at http://www.darwinsys.com/tmp/fanfold.pdf
It has a lot of new text, which could stand careful reading.
I am running out of room for the "whiteboard" idea, so I'd also
appreciate
sober advice on whether the whiteboard should go or if some chunk of
the text should go.
TIA if you have time to look at it!
