You'll need SVN, monotone and bitbake. It is based on www.openembedded.org. It currently runs on the NEO1973, which will be released in 3 weeks. Today someone reported having ported it to the HTC Universal: http://scap.linuxtogo.org/ Definitely keep an eye on openmoko / openembedded.
