I know that Rogers provides local service here in Calgary, which is
typically cheaper than the incumbent Telus, not sure if they do that in
Toronto though.
Rogers took over Sprint who provided my original lines.

the line for me? I just need to be able to call local.
Thoughts/Suggestions?
(Obviously I have VoIP here, but the point is to be able to test from
a landline for the ITSP I work for :))
