Hi Elliott, I guess your question is about really about scalability.
All of these GUI's use about the same resorces and will handle 60+ extensions
provided you follow good networking practice and use resonably fast PC
Scalability is a well worn issue so I won't go into it here but there are 
numerus
places that have tested asterisk under various conditions/loads and 60+ is no 
big deal.
