The only thing I can suggest is that you use rfc2833 if you are not running ulaw, and to make sure that the ata and asterisk/voip provider all agree on using rfc2833 or inband if you are running ulaw. Asterisk also had issues with dtmf detection in early 1.4 and that was fixed very well (the exact version escapes me, but it was a debounce logic problem). > In any case, I'm just looking for a way to get phone service without > having to sacrifice my > first born for traditional landline service.
