Yeah, that's where I'm at... I tried D100, D250 and NI2... best I get is name and number in one direction and just number in the other. Frustrating.

Hi Robert, I had the same issue a few years back when connecting Asterisk to an Option 11. I worked for hours with a Telus rep who really seemed to know his stuff. In the end, we could get get name and number going in different directions with different configs but not in both directions at the same time. I think NI-2 was the closest setting we could get to work at the time. At the time, I think my research led me to believe that I needed to get Q-Sig working but it wasn't far enough along in Asterisk yet. Maybe it has progressed and that might help you. You might also check the FacilityEnable setting to allow sending of Caller Name in a Facility Information Element. I wish I had a set of working configs to send you, but I never did revisit the issue. Perhaps this will give you some pointers that will help.
