Hi all,

I can't see that this is do-able, but maybe some of you wizards can share
some hocus-pocus...

We have an IVR on our system that handles all incoming calls. The caller
must id him/herself and select the person he/she wants to talk to, producing
distinctive ring on all in-house extensions. This works fine in-house...

We want to do the same thing when forwarding a call from our asterisk
server to a Cogeco home phone (voip to POTS line in the remote location), and
prduce a distinctive ring (e.g. one-long, two-short, or one-long-one-short
rings, etc) depending on the party being called.

Is there some magic that can do this?

   TIA,

   --terry
