Andre,

Can you swap the Line 1 and Line 2 Settings[ IP,Username and password]  and
see the new Line 1 settings works.

I had a bad experience with Polycom GUI. Use the config files. But do
a format the file system before use the config files . Format file system is
available in the Advanced settings.

I bet your problem will go away once you use the config files.
